- Accommodation is permitted only for guests who are properly registered upon arrival. Each guest must present a valid identification document (ID card, passport, etc.) at check-in, unless using the self check-in option. In such cases, an authorized representative of the accommodation provider will arrive as soon as possible to complete the registration and settle any outstanding balance in cash.
- Guests under the age of 18 may only be accommodated when accompanied by an adult.
- All rights and obligations specified in these rules apply to the accommodated guest as well as to all accompanying persons.
- Accommodation is provided in accordance with the category of the respective apartment and is intended solely for individuals who are not suffering from infectious diseases.
- Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM unless agreed otherwise. For arrivals before 6:00 AM, the previous night will also be charged.
- Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Failure to vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM may result in an additional night’s charge.
- The number of guests (including children) and pets must match the information provided at the time of booking.
- Accommodation fees are governed by the valid price list published on the accommodation provider’s website and must be paid in advance in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
- The guest is liable for any damage caused to the apartment furnishings or property. Compensation will be calculated based on the actual value of the listed inventory, as published on the website.
- Damage to real property (e.g., walls, plaster, etc.) is subject to a fine of up to €500. This does not affect the provider’s right to claim full compensation for the damage.
- In the event of damage caused by negligence, the guest must report the incident and bear the cost of repair.
- A refundable security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. The apartment will be inspected in the presence of the guest at check-out. If no damage is found, the full deposit will be returned. In case of damage or missing items, the cost will be deducted from the deposit, or the guest will be asked to pay the difference.
- Upon arrival, guests will receive keys or access cards to the apartment, or instructions on how to collect and return them.
- The accommodation provider must ensure the apartment is clean and in good condition upon handover.
- Guests are responsible for locking all entrances to the building. Loss of keys or cards will be settled through the deposit or an additional charge.
- Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and must be respected by all guests.
- Smoking, open flames, and candles are strictly prohibited inside the premises. Violation will result in a fine of €200. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Guests must observe fire safety rules.
- The accommodation provider is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings or money inside the apartment or the premises.
- If a guest violates these rules or basic standards of conduct, the provider reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without compensation.
- In exceptional cases, the provider may offer substitute accommodation, provided it does not substantially differ from the original reservation.
- In the case of an extended stay, the guest may be accommodated in a different available apartment.
- The guest agrees to allow authorized personnel (maintenance, cleaning, inspections) to enter the apartment during the stay.
- Visitors are allowed only with prior consent of the provider and may visit between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Overnight stays are not allowed unless approved and paid for in accordance with the current price list.
- It is forbidden to rearrange furniture, tamper with electrical installations, or perform any repairs. Violations are subject to a fine of up to €200.
- Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances, except for personal devices (e.g., laptops, mobile phones, electric shavers).
- For safety reasons, children under 12 must not be left unattended in the apartment or other areas. The adult registered with the child is fully responsible for them at all times.
- Storage of sports equipment, strollers, or other bulky items in the apartment is not permitted unless a designated area is provided.
- Comments and complaints may be submitted via the “References” section on the provider’s website. The complaints procedure is available online.
- If the guest ends their stay earlier than planned, they are not entitled to a refund for unused nights.
- Each apartment is allocated one parking space. Parking is unattended.
- The accommodation provider is not responsible for damage or loss of vehicles or belongings stored in them. Items are not accepted for safekeeping.
- Before departure, guests must switch off electrical appliances, close water valves (if instructed), lock the apartment, and return the key/card. Basic cleaning, such as trash removal, is required.
- Serious violations of these rules may result in immediate contract termination and a claim for damages. The severity of the violation will be assessed by the provider.
- Trash is collected every Tuesday and Friday. Guests must place garbage bins in a visible location in front of property (in front of gate) the evening before collection.
- By submitting an online reservation and concluding a contract, the guest confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these house rules.
- These house rules are effective from July 1, 2025.
