Welcome to the Villa – Comfort, Space, and the Sea Within Reach
The villa is located in a quiet part of Rogoznica, just a few minutes' walk from beautiful beaches, yet within easy reach of the town center. Its ideal location, modern amenities, and welcoming atmosphere make it a perfect choice for both family holidays and relaxing getaways with friends.
The house offers four apartments across three floors:
- The ground floor features two smaller apartments, each suitable for up to 4 guests – perfect for couples or families with children.
- The second and third floors host spacious apartments with two separate bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each of these has its own private terrace or balcony – an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
All apartments are equipped with:
- air conditioning,
- Wi-Fi access,
- TV,
- a modern kitchen with a dishwasher,
- and a washing machine in the bathroom – allowing you to pack light and enjoy more comfort.
Guests can also enjoy a shared garden with a modern grill, large seating area, and solar outdoor shower – the perfect setting for summer evenings.
Families with children will appreciate the availability of baby cots and high chairs upon request. Young guests will love the trampoline located in the shady garden area.
Close to the Sea and Two Beautiful Beaches
The villa is situated just a 5-minute walk from Miline Beach and 6 minutes from Šepurine Beach – both around 300 meters away in a straight line.
- Šepurine Beach boasts the Blue Flag award for exceptional water quality. Mostly pebbled, it also offers natural shade under pine trees, showers, toilets, and changing cabins. Ideal for families with children, it is often monitored by a lifeguard, and nearby you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops.
Miline Beach, located closer to the town center, offers stunning views of the harbor and old town. Sheltered by an island, the sea here is calm and safe, even for the smallest swimmers.
Shops, Services & Excursions
You can reach the center of Rogoznica and the seafront promenade with a pleasant 15-minute walk. Within 500 meters of the villa, you’ll find everything you need – grocery stores, restaurants, a café, and a pharmacy.
For those eager to explore the surroundings, one petrol scooter and two electric scooters are available for rent – the perfect way to discover hidden bays, scenic views, and the secret gems of Dalmatia.
